Protecting your mbi777 account is a shared responsibility. Our platform uses industry-leading security technology, but there are several best practices you should follow on your end to keep your account safe at all times:
For the smoothest login experience, download the official mbi777 app for your iOS or Android device. The app offers additional features not available on the web version, including fingerprint login (Touch ID), facial recognition (Face ID), and push notifications for real-time account transactions.
The mbi777 app is designed with a mobile-optimised interface, delivering a smoother gaming experience without excessive zooming or scrolling. All platform features – from slot games to live sports betting – are fully available in the app with performance on par with the desktop version.
Downloading the app is free and can be done from the Download page. Installation takes less than a minute and you can log in immediately after setup using your existing account credentials.
Forgetting your password is something that can happen to anyone. mbi777 provides a simple and secure password reset process. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your registered phone number. An OTP code will be sent within seconds, and you can set a new password immediately.
If you no longer have access to your registered phone number or are experiencing any difficulties, contact the mbi777 customer support team via live chat. Our team operates 24/7 and will guide you through the identity verification process and securely restore access to your account.
